The 20-Minute Medicine Delivery app was designed to provide a quick and seamless experience for users to order and receive medicines within 20 minutes. The challenge was to create an intuitive, efficient, and accessible platform to cater to urgent medical needs.
Pain Points Identified
Through extensive user research, we identified key challenges faced by users:
❌ Slow Delivery – Existing platforms took too long to deliver medicines, especially in emergencies.
❌ Complex Navigation – Users found it difficult to search for medicines and complete the checkout process quickly.
❌ Prescription Upload Issues – Many users struggled with uploading prescriptions and getting approval for restricted medicines.
❌ Lack of Real-Time Tracking – Users wanted to track their orders accurately to manage expectations.
User Journey & Solution Design
Based on user research, we mapped an optimal user journey to enhance the experience:
1️ Onboarding & Registration – A simple signup process with easy authentication (Google, phone number OTP).
2️ Medicine Search & Discovery – A smart search feature with filters and medicine suggestions.
3️ Prescription Upload – Streamlined process for quick uploads and automated verification.
4️ Cart & Checkout – One-click checkout with multiple payment options.
5️ Order Tracking – Live tracking with estimated time updates and rider details.
6️ Delivery & Feedback – Easy delivery confirmation and post-order feedback system
UI Research & Wireframing
I conducted extensive UI research to ensure the app was:

✔ Visually Appealing – Clean, clutter-free interface with clear CTAs.
✔ Accessible – Designed for all user types, including the elderly and differently-abled individuals.
Wireframes & Prototyping
Using Figma & Adobe XD, I designed:
